retirada o cancelación de los Servicios por parte de PERFECT WEAR sin
necesidad de preaviso al Cliente y sin que ello dé derecho a indemnización
alguna.
CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITIES
The client must make lawful use of the services given by this website, without
contravening the current legislation, or injuring the rights and interests of third
parts.
The client must guarantee the veracity and truthfulness of the provided
information when he/she fill in the contract forms, avoiding any damages to
PERFECT WEAR.
The neglect of any of this requirements or Conditions could give place to the
retirement or cancelation of the services given by PERFECT WEAR without
the need of any previous warning to the client. In this case the costumer will
have no right to any type of compensation.
LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN
Para cualquier controversia relacionada con el presente aviso legal las partes
aceptan se someten a la jurisdicción española.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
If by any case, it would be any conflict of discrepancy in the interpretation or
application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals will be
the ones to apply all the legal regulations applicable in matters of competent
jurisdiction, in which is addressed, in the case of final customers, to the place
where the obligation is fulfilled.
All this without the prejudice to the client’s faculty to go to the Consumer
Arbitration Boar of their demarcation.
In the case of a trading made by a company, both parts submit, expressly
waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts of Spanish Tribunals.
IDIOMA
El idioma en que se perfeccionará el contrato y facturas entre PERFECT
WEAR y el Cliente es el Castellano, así como el Inglés para ventas
internacionales.
LANGUAGE
The language in which the contract between PERFECT WEAR and the client
will be written will be the Spanish language, as well as the English language
for international sales.
